Junior Bookkeeper/personal Assistant

Position: Junior Bookkeeper/Personal Assistant
**Job Type**: Part time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client Data Entry: Accurately enter and update financial information for various clients into our bookkeeping systems.
- Vendor Bill Management: Process and manage Vendor invoices, attach receipts to client transactions
- Scanning: Digitally scan and organize financial documents, maintaining proper records and confidentiality.
- Personal Assistant Tasks: Provide administrative support to the owner, including scheduling, communication, research and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in bookkeeping or accounting is a must.
- Experience: Previous experience in bookkeeping or administrative roles is preferred.
- Skills: Highly organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Familiarity with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks desktop and Online) is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
