**Overview**

*Requires proficiency in various accounting software.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions in accounting software QuickBooks.
- Perform payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Manage account reconciliations, ensuring that all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are addressed.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial data and insights.
- Prepare financial reports and client invoice packages as needed
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation and support.
- Stay updated on accounting best practices and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and budgeting.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
