**About Us**:
We have an exciting opining for an** **Administrative Assistant**. This position requires a highly detail-oriented individual with strong planning, prioritization, intuitive and administrative skills, a proactive and professional demeanor, with the ability to multi-task across several projects, manage upwards and work well in a fast paced environment.

Position Requirements: *
- Oversee and lead daily office operations such as making sure that all day-to-day operations are running smoothly and effectively
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for the CEO/upper management when necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, couriers, deliveries
- Liaise across internal and external teams to accomplish ad-hoc tasks
- Plan and organize events, such as company socials, meetings or launch events

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous experience managing and planning events
- Ability to work in a highly organized manner where attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality are crucial
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.

**Personal Skills**:

- Hard working and energetic with the capacity and willingness to manage multiple tasks to respond to deadlines
- Great attention to detail and good follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and desire to help others
- The ability to work independently as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills; and,
- A strong, confident personality that can function effectively within a demanding, result-oriented, customer centric corporate culture
