We are preparing for another busy patio season here at The Collins Brewhouse and are looking for an experienced Prep Cook.

This is a full time, early morning position where you will be finished up mid-day

Though weekends are required, there are no evening shifts.

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**:
The ability to work independently as well as part of a large team.

Set up and prepare Sauces, Dressings, Meats and Vegetables according to standard recipes.

Prepare daily prep objectives using established par levels.

Accurately forecast production needs based on external influences (weather).

Order raw product from vendors according to business needs.

Receive and store raw product and maintain clean and organized storage areas.

Maintain a high level of cleanliness at all times and execute daily and weekly cleaning/maintenance tasks.

A passion for really good food, pride in what you do and the ability to comfortably interact with some really cool people
