Sushi Helper

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work as a team member in the kitchen and on the line
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to follow recipes and prep work lists
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted throughout the day
- Must be able to stand during entire shift
- Must be able to communicate effectively with managers and other team members
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with others
- Must be able to stand during entire shift (8-5)

- **Prepare food for service (cooking, baking, plating)**:

- **Clean up station and take care of all trash in kitchen (kitchen area or rest room)**:

- **Work with line cook staff as needed**:

- **Serve food items as directed by chef (prepare & plating)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
