FEED Media House is looking for a forward-thinking Account Manager to join our growing team. The Account Manager is responsible for growing and nurturing new and existing client relationships by exceeding expectations and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of initiatives. They will build client brands, maximize awareness/visibility, and drive revenue. This person is an organized, enthusiastic, design-focused and innovative team player accountable for assisting with critical projects. This person works closely with all team members to ensure we meet our collective goals.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Propose campaigns and strategies to increase lead generation, engagement and conversions
- Working closely with our Digital Media Strategist to develop new social media opportunities for revenue growth
- Working closely with our Digital Media Strategist to collectively deliver on quarterly client KPI's
- Oversee, moderate, monitor and enhance the client's social media profiles, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok
- Some daily/weekly community engagement to help grow social reach
- Participate in media and client events

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ years of professional experience in digital account management and digital marketing
- Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, or new media design
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to track metrics proving ROI of marketing efforts
- Knowledge of social post-scheduling software (Loomly, Later, Buffer or similar)
- Examples of account management successes and wins
- Be able to spot digital marketing opportunities in client's niches

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation
- Experience with DSLR photography, composition, and editing
- Can speak, read and write in French

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
