**Job Summary**:
Working within a collaborative team, the Telecom Expense Management & Reconciliation Analyst will be required to perform an array of payables and account management. This role focus includes the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) service, managing internal and external relationships within TEM, reconciliation and auditing of telcos, and account payables. The Analyst shall be flexible and work across various departments, with different types of datasets, and may be required to spend a significant amount of time creating and delivering reports. Additional responsibilities may come as ad hoc.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing and being the point of contact of the Telecom Expense Management (TEM).
- Collaborating with the TEM Telco’s to gain access to all account information for our clients, through Letter of Authorization (LOA).
- Point of contact for all TEM Telco portals and extracting account information.
- Champion all new clients / TEM kickoff meetings, managing relationships with clients and communicating audit findings to Staff Accountant, Controller, CFO
- Superior communication skill to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Recommend efficient and practical technology solutions to drive efficiencies within the department.
- Monthly reconciliation of our third parties; Shaw, TELUS, Sherweb, etc. Responsible for the reconciliation of these costs to client billings and working with multiple departments to resolve any discrepancies. Seeking credits from our third parties and/or working with Sales to ensure client billing accuracy.
- Extract and provide exceptional reports of profitability to Controller and CFO.
- Update and maintain customer database in ConnectWise. i.e., TELUS, Shaw, SaskTel accounts.
- Assist in coordinating and managing client contracts where related to TEM.
- Process and facilitate outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
- Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Administrative field an asset.
- 3+ years business or administrative support experience.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel knowledge.
- Knowledge of AI and Automation tools.
- Understand expense accounts and cost centers.
- Knowledge of telecommunication/IT industry an asset, but not required.
