**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing daily operations of the store, including inventory management and merchandising.
- Support sales management by analyzing market trends and implementing effective strategies to increase sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop promotional strategies that drive foot traffic and boost sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Monitor pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness within the market while maximizing profitability.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail management, lumber yard or construction is preferred.
- Strong sales management skills with a proven ability to sell products effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive pricing strategies is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
