**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Develop and create new menu items that align with customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation are maintained at all times
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and safety procedures
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop seasonal menus and specials
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
**Skills**:
