Our client, a leading visual communications firm which offers comprehensive services across multiple industries, is seeking a **Digital Signage Coordinator** to join their team. The role will act as a liaison with their customers, consolidating information from various departments and members. The Digital Signage Coordinator will work closely with the customer project schedule, budget, issues, risks and collaboration on project documentation/presentation preparations.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Coordination of the project lifecycle for digital signage implementation.
- Work with various customer stakeholders developing sustainability plans and communication documents.
- Provide updates based on project development and discussions had with the project team.
- Assist in the co-ordination and development of network growth plan.
- Ensure timely and accurate information is provided to the customer regarding project status, updates, and mitigation plans.
- Attend weekly customer marketing briefing meetings, identifying areas of opportunity, and updating project lead where required.
- Provide ongoing support to the customer for any new or replacement projects.
- Understand business processes and engage with project teams to explore recommendations.
- Facilitates meetings and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Data, KPI & reporting collection & reconciliation.
- Administration duties, including but limited to meeting agendas and recap/minutes distribution.

**Skills, Experience and Requirements**
- Post-secondary education in relevant field is an asset (marketing, digital media, project management, communications etc.)
- Must have experience in a coordination role, preferably with digital signage/project governance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable communicating and collaborating with internal and customer teams.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Background in digital signage implementation.
- Excels in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Comfortable working in solidarity, is a self-starter who takes initiative on responsibilities and execution of deliverables.
- Effective in a hybrid work-from-home/in-office work model.
- Effective working in a dual reporting structure (between both our client and their customer).
- Please note that our client requires a mandatory Criminal Background check prior to employment.
