Client Service Manager

**A Snapshot of Your Day**
We are seeking a Project Manager / Client Service Manager. Your day will start with working on the repair projects in execution for the rotating equipment with service center team. This will provide you with the understanding of needs from shop and opportunity to share any customer feedbacks or decision on ongoing projects. Your concise communication with internal team and customers will have direct impact on client satisfaction and on time delivery of projects. You will be expecting a supportive culture from the team and an environment to grow your carrier and same time improve product knowledge and contribute towards the growth of the company.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Manage Repair Shop Projects, creating quotes, and managing financials including communication internal and external.
- Provide concise and descriptive work instructions to the shop floor for inspection and repair scopes referencing all appropriate repair and factory technical specifications.
- Prepare and deliver project documentation and progress reports for internal and external customers.
- Participate in initiatives with improvement initiatives including with Health, Safety, and Environment.
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 2 or more years working with rotating equipment
- Experience on repairs / Maintenance for Steam Turbines, Compressors, Reciprocating equipment and Valves
- Experience with managing project life cycle, cost & strong project management capability
- Able to adapt to fast-paced environment and flexible to work extended hours during shutdown time frames which can include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with SAP, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
