Service Desk Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Manage incoming service requests and schedule appointments
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about services offered
- Maintain accurate records of service appointments and customer interactions
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Monitor inventory of parts and supplies for the service department
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Knowledge of automotive or truck repair industry is an asset
**Salary**: $21.35 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
