Duties required (but not limited to):

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Arrive promptly and professionally to the workplace, ready to complete the tasks of the day
- Greet and assist customers, suppliers, or other visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- participate in logístical operations by assisting Logistics Manager with fulfillment of curbside pick up orders, and other regular customer orders
- direct customer inquiries to appropriate personnel, assisting in customer issues or complaints if they arise
- maintain a positive work demeanor and work as a team with other staff members
- assist in the prepartion of reports, data collection
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage Accpac Accounting system
- Perform general office duties such as typing, scanning, and mailing

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in accounting software for basic bookkeeping tasks
- familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft teams for collaboration
- Excellent clerical skills including typing, filing, and data entry
- Exceptional customer service skills to interact with clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping and data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Front desk experience is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in computerized systems for office management

Please note that this is not a remote position. The Office Administrator will be expected to work on-site at our office location.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
