**Our Organization**

The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) is a recognizable and reliable provincial organization where Albertans find compassionate support, responsible care, and accessible resources.

Responsible employers provide a physically safe environment for employees—but what about their psychological safety? Every workplace has psychological risks that impact productivity, turnover and economic costs.
