Trade-Mark Industrial Inc. is an industrial, commercial and institutional multi-trade contractor specializing in millwrighting, rigging, electrical, piping, fabrication, structural, sheet metal & HVAC installations and repairs. We are a 24/7 company with a demanding customer base.

We are currently looking to hire a Dispatcher & Office Assistant in our Electrical Department on a 1year contract basis to cover maternity leave. This role will be reporting directly to the Electrical Manager.

The Dispatcher & Office Assistant will work with the project managers to ensure sufficient staffing for all field work and provide other administrative support to the team.

**Duties**:

- Working with Estimators/Coordinators in placement of field workers
- Tracking qualifications and safety certificates of field workers
- Supporting Estimators/Coordinators to ensure customer requirements are achieved
- On-call Daily/Nightly for ongoing changes in customer schedules
- Support preparation of bid proposal requirements
- Manage ESA permits
- Maintain Inspection Agency documentation for compliance

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- 1-year dispatch experience (preferred)
- Positive attitude and good people skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel
- Good time management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to learn new software quickly

**Job Requirements**:

- Company provided phone and computer
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm (some evenings and weekends)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
