Our headquarters is located in Gatineau, Quebec, and our preference is to work together, as a team, in the office.

**Description**:
This individual will work closely with the Director of Operations who oversees the daily business operations. They must be versatile and capable of handling a variety of office and operational tasks to ensure the smooth and daily operations of the business. This role requires someone who is highly organized and detail oriented who will assist with the management of daily business activities and admin tasks, coordinate responsibilities of company events, employee trainings, budget reporting and liaising with internal clients.

This person should be a problem solver with a strong understanding in lean management and pose excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete clerical and administrative tasks.
- Assist with developing and implementing strategies and processes that maximize the productivity of the company’s employees and daily business functions.
- Support the Director of Operations in managing and resolving operational issues.
- Complete unique projects given from multiple levels in the company, ensuring the appropriate management from all levels the team.
- Create and understand reports relating to finance, efficiency, project completion, etc.
- Produce and complete work schedules, and project schedules. This may include other forms of project management as well.
- Data entry and analysis.
- Coordination or recruitment activities.
- Language/Communication
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required. Fluency in French, both written and spoken is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Having an ability to multitask and prioritize will be highly relevant. With daily tasks being able to change abruptly, these skills will be used often. This individual must be able to ensure all work gets done in a timely manner, while catering to the occasional irregular requests from their supervisor.
- Software adaptability
- This position will be required to use MS Suite daily, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Adobe Acrobat.
- Strategic thinker
- While this individual reports directly to the Director of Operations, they must also have an ability to solve problems quickly and somewhat independently. Should the need arise, they may be required to assist other team members without guidance from their supervisor.
- Innovative
- This individual will be expected to suggest improved efficiencies while maintaining quality standards throughout all aspect of the business.
- Security Clearance
- Must have or be eligible for a minimum of Reliability level security clearance.

**Education**
- Certificate or degree in business administration or equivalent is an asset.

**Experience**
- 1-2 years experience as administrator or coordinator. OR 1-2 years management in retail industry (or equivalent).

**Additional Information**:

- Full time, permanent, 40h/week.
- Salary**:$50,000 to $70,000**:

- Probationary period of 3 months.
- Benefits (group insurance and pension fund)
- 3 weeks of paid vacation per year
