**Operations Coordinator**

Full Time Contract Position (18 months) - Ottawa, ON or Toronto, ON reporting to the Operations Manager.

Profoundry is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join its shared services team In this role, you will leverage your operational expertise to support our office’s across Canada. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including office management, contracting coordinator, administrative support, and systems administration.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- General Office Management_
- Order office supplies for all offices;
- Coordinate with landlords and property managers as needed;
- Manage desk moves and set-ups, update floor plans and workstation tracking documents, furniture reconfigurations;
- Manage inventory of supplies and storage;
- Organize quotes for any office maintenance/renovations within budgets established by the Operations Manager;
- Assist with the coordination of office events (e.g., annual employee charitable giving campaign, client appreciation events/socials, annual charitable events, staff parties/celebrations, etc.); and
- Coordinate procurement of keys/access cards for new staff and return of items from departing staff.
- Contract Coordination_
- Prepare and review MNDAs/NDAs with new and existing clients;
- Prepare and review service agreements and subcontractor agreements; and
- Coordinate internal and external signatures on agreements.
- Systems Administration/Support
- Administer company cellphone plan;
- Administer and provide employee support on VOIP phone system;
- Provide other administrative support tasks such as scheduling, preparing documents and making travel arrangements as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1+ years of office administration or operations experience, preferably in a consulting, or professional services environment;
- A diploma in business administration would be an asset;
- A professional and courteous attitude;
- A service-oriented approach;
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility, good judgment and initiative;
- Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and problem solve;
- Aptitude for learning and mastering new systems and technical platforms;
- Strong technical/troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and prioritize appropriately;
- Capability of assuming responsibility and exercising independent judgement; and
- High proficiency with Window-based computer systems, in particular MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT, Teams).
