The **Learning Management Support Specialist** will assist with the overall administration and support of the LMS, which includes both internal (employee onboarding and ongoing training) and external (client-facing continuing education) use cases. This will cover general content/course creation as well as the requisite testing/quality control, in addition to day-to-day usage, support, and troubleshooting. There will also be a data management/processing component, to report on various LMS-related metrics.

Learning Management System support (90%)
- Assist in creating, publishing and maintaining content on the LMS, including, but not limited to:

- Courses (live trainings, home studies, webinars, eLearning, and instructional videos)
- e-commerce (SKUs, coupons, pricing)
- Certificates of completion
- Quality control and testing of any content added to the LMS for user access/functionality
- Support various use-cases/teams with user account creation, basic day-to-day usage of the LMS and general support/troubleshooting for both internal (employee) and external (client) audiences
- Ensure that any unique sites adhere to company/brand guidelines for design, style, color, fonts, and formatting, through the use of a WYSIWYG editor and custom HTML/CSS coding
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the LMS, including user profiles, course content, and reporting
- Collaborate with the training department to create and maintain user guides, tutorials, and training materials to help users navigate the LMS effectively
- Collaborate with internal training department for internal trainings
- Participate in training new users on the LMS
- Monitor the LMS for issues and proactively identify areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance the user experience
- Troubleshoot technical problems and work with vendors when necessary to resolve complex issues
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the LMS is running smoothly, including system upgrades, maintenance, and integrations with other systems
- Other related tasks as delegated by the Learning Technology Manager

Administrative support/data reporting (10%)
- Report on various LMS-related metrics, including, but not limited to:

- User account creation
- Course enrollments/registrations/attendance/completion (overall and specific content)
- Sales/Purchases
- Data management/processing of said metrics for report generation, to address requests from within the department and any cross-functional teams
- Maintain documentation of LMS processes and configurations**.**:

- Other tasks/reporting as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in learning management system support or administration
- Previous experience with any LMS (Docebo preferred)
- Basic knowledge of CSS/HTML coding (others considered an asset)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook and Excel) required
- Expertise in data management/data manipulation utilizing advanced features in Excel
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, adaptable, with strong time management skills
- Thorough and meticulous work ethic to ensure accuracy of information and quality control/testing
- Familiarity with e-learning principles and instructional design is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent French (in Québec) and English (oral & written) required. This position will interact with employees and suppliers globally
