We are looking for a Bilingual Talent Support Specialist to assist our Talent & Culture (T&C) team with a variety of talent related operational responsibilities. Reporting into the Director of Talent Operations, you will also act as the first point of contact for T&C related queries from team members and external vendors/providers.
- Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our Talent & Culture department supports our team members efficiently while following internal procedures and guidelines.

**A day in the life of a Bilingual Talent Support Specialist**:

- Talent Operations_
- Answer team members’ questions and provide requested information in a timely manner
- Talent Management systems updates
- Support onboarding/offboarding functions
- Coordination of compliance and background checks
- Create and update all Talent documents (offer letters, employment confirmations, etc.)
- Manage translation requests (English and French)
- Support team members with CPA Quebec reporting hours compliance
- Invoice processing
- Extracting reports from internal tools
- Talent Acquisition_
- Support with Campus Recruitment event planning and logistics
- Support the Summer Internship program.
- Learning & Development_
- Support Learning & Development with event logistics
- Talent Engagement_
- Support with engagement activities, including surveys and reporting
- Compensation_
- Support the Performance Management and Compensation cycle, including meetings scheduling and logistics

Additional miscellaneous tasks as follows:

- Support with HRIS updates
- Prepare other relevant T&C documents as needed
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Travel planning tool administrator for T&C
- Coordination of Richter milestone gifts
- Participate in various T&C projects

**About you**:

- Bilingual in both official languages (written and verbal communication)
- Completed university degree or certification in Human Resources or Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Experience using an HRIS system (preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Must be able to demonstrate initiative and proactivity and work autonomously
- Ability to work under pressure in a professional, methodical and efficient manner when faced with multiple deadlines and tasks
