**About The Company**:
Simpson Controls is a small dynamic service and contracting business conveniently located on Goldstream Ave in Langford, BC. We design, install, integrate and service controls, mechanical, electrical and refrigeration systems in commercial, institutional and healthcare facilities across BC.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Open office daily and handle office walk-ins, phone calls, and shipments.
- Administer job tracking including creation, costing, forecasting and scheduling.
- Generate project and service invoices, following up on overdue accounts as required.
- Process vendor bills and assist with purchasing and procurement.
- Process field expenses, packing slips, and material shipments.
- Reconcile bank and credit accounts monthly.
- Manage inventory across multiple locations to ensure project and service delivery while maintaining minimum stock levels.
- Pull permits with municipalities and ensure inspections are scheduled.
- Support with document control and managing documentation for projects.
- Collect and process all mail. Deliver mail and make bank deposits twice per week.
- Coordinate and schedule service personnel.
- Assist with project management tasks.

**Skills And Qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience in office administration. A background in building services, contracting or engineering environment would be an asset.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, PowerBI, and accounting software
- Project management, project coordination, and/or service coordination experience would be an asset.
- Ability to learn new technologies and software quickly.
- Knowledge in general bookkeeping practices.
- Motivated and self-directed. Able to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Available for consistent Monday - Friday office opening.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
