Order Entry Specialist

We are currently looking for an **Order Entry Specialist **to join our team in **Waterloo, ON.**
**Position Summary**:
Reporting to our Senior Manager of Customer Interaction, the incumbent will play a key role in communicating with our dealer network, answering questions from our sales team and working with our distribution facilities to foster a customer focused environment.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Enter dealer purchase orders into our ERP
- Process and manage customer orders from start to finish
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of order information into computerized systems
- Collect and organize necessary documentation for each order
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and address any inquiries or concerns
- Respond to any dealer calls and respond directly to dealer inquiries
- Maintain organized files and records of all orders and related documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
- Provide accurate estimated time of delivery/arrival
- Run reports regularly to ensure timely communications with relevant parties

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
- Office environment. This is not a remote position, and the incumbent would be required to report to the office during working hours.
- The working area is expected to be organized, clean and well maintained.
**HOURS**
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Overtime may be required. Hours can be flexible to your needs, with approval.
