GoRight is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team at our Mississauga, Ontario location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end, full cycle recruitment process to ensure timely fill of roles in partnership with hiring managers.
- Manage all recruitment software and tools (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, other job boards). Build a talent pool and leverage software and tools as a means for building employment branding to attract and retain talent.
- Provide training and support to Human Resources department or hiring managers regarding practices or processes.
- Participate in the development and delivery of HR Excellence programs as they relate to employer branding, employee engagement, recruitment and retention.
- Maintain vacancy trackers regarding status, create reports and dashboards regarding talent acquisition to ensure continued improvement within recruitment activities. Create and present relevant and impactful recruitment and staffing metrics to the business leaders to communicate progress against objectives.
- Constantly review and update interview and recruitment collateral to ensure best practices and competitive advantage (interview templates, hiring practices, salary information, policies, etc.).
- Update, promote and embed the employee referral program.
- Develop standards for interview questions, the interview process, interview packages, interview scoring, and manager toolkits.
- Be able to represent the company professionally at trade shows, job fairs and other events.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management or a related field required
- CHRL designation would be considered an asset
- Minimum 5 years Human Resources experience with focus on Talent Acquisition (skilled trades/transportation industry experience an asset)
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, listening skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Strong sense of urgency with high standards for delivery
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail, maintain a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
