**OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW**:
At Invafresh, our people are our most important asset. We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify present and future hiring needs. This person will have knowledge, understanding, and experience of the entire recruitment process and all the aspects that are a part of it. **THE ROLE**:
This is a 12 month contract position reporting to the CHRO

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

- Handle the full cycle recruitment process
- Develop/update job descriptions and job specifications
- Collaborate with department managers to understand and compile a list of job requirements.
- Work with the team to implement the overall recruiting strategy
- Post job descriptions to appropriate job boards, ATS, colleges, etc.
- Promote the company's employer brand
- Follow up on interview process statuses and update records in internal database
- Provide analytical and well documented recruitment reports for the rest of the team and department managers

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3+ years of agency or internal corporate recruitment experience in Software Development, preferably with a SaaS specialization.
- Extensive experience with end-to-end recruitment activities and service delivery across the organization (hiring requirements, reporting, sourcing, assessment, onboarding etc.)
- Exceptional direct sourcing experience through Social Media Platforms such as LinkedIn
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is an asset
- Experience conducting different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
- Experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, etc.)
- Familiarity with job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems, databases, and management systems
- The ability to develop, design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
