Accountabilities:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be entrusted with the strategic design and execution of Talent Acquisition solutions, closely aligned with specific business areas or capabilities. Your partnership with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues will be crucial in proactively identifying talent gaps and securing top-tier candidates. You will:

Lead the development and implementation of innovative recruiting strategies for complex and niche roles, optimizing our talent pipeline.

Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring excellence and efficiency from candidate engagement to successful onboarding.

Champion a superior candidate experience that reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining high-caliber professionals.

Act as a key advisor on market trends, providing insights to inform talent acquisition strategies and maintain competitive advantage.

Maintain stringent adherence to our recruitment policies and procedures, setting the standard for compliance and best practices within the team.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Proven track record in Talent Acquisition, with experience operating within a global framework.

Demonstrated success in driving full life cycle recruitment for high-demand roles within an in-house setting.

Expertise in orchestrating and steering comprehensive recruitment campaigns, leveraging diverse attraction methods, and sourcing tools.

Proficiency with Workday application tracking system or comparable platforms.

Adept at employing digital/AI tools to enhance recruitment processes.

Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building prowess.

Agility in navigating and contributing to a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.

A customer-centric, results-driven mindset.

Robust persuasion and influence skills, adept at setting and managing stakeholder expectations.

Fluent in English, with outstanding communication abilities.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Advanced education, such as a degree or postgraduate qualification, in HR or a closely related field.

Specialized recruiting experience within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in commercial roles.
