_Victoria Strong Manufacturing is a wood processing company, which manufactures custom interior doors and wood trim. The company is based in Mississauga, Ontario and has been operating since 2007. We are a family-owned business looking for general labour to join our fabulous team._

Victoria Strong Mfg. is looking for a result driven self-starter & energetic Outside Sales Representative who can help fuel our dynamic team.

Day to day tasks:

- Establish and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
- Targeting and acquiring new business and prospective clients within your assigned territory (main clients are custom home builders and contractors).
- Turn leads into sales.
- Meet with potential new customers on site (active job sites) to measure for doors and trim.
- Meet with potential new customers in the VSM showroom to show samples and discuss details of order.
- Visit the office to prepare estimates.
- Work closely with the office team to communicate customer’s needs and be the middleman between the customer and management.
- Effectively promote product line by demonstrating knowledge of VSM products and processes.
- Support inside sales desk as required.
- Provide updates and reports on new business on a regular basis.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and territory development guidelines.

What is required of you:

- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable with being at job sites for many hours of the day.
- Travel is frequent, own vehicle is required.
- Friendly, approachable but also firm demeanour.
- Have extensive woodworking knowledge and sales experience.
- BONUS: QuickBooks experience is considered an asset (not required)
- Adaptability, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and meet sales objectives.
- Motivation & eagerness.

What we offer:

- Weekly salary base + commission structure.
- Insurance Benefits after 3 months.
- Monthly general expense allowance.
- Company smart phone.
- Minimum of 40 hours per week, mostly Monday to Friday, hours are flexible and at your own discretion, so long sales targets and performance is adequate.
- Occasional weekend - when scheduling to meet with a customer or site measure.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
