**Job description-**

We are GTA's Leading Staffing Company and looking for a dedicated, focused Business Development Consultant for staffing & HR Business services.
- The established formula to build relationships with new and existing clients.

- Doing follow ups with the clients.
- CRM - Client relationship is very important.
- Understand and convert the prospect for the business.

**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Sourcing new sales opportunities and cold call clients.
- Possess strong telephone skills & written skills.
- Be able to record daily contact details on our database.
- Understand customer needs, research accounts, identify key decision-makers and generate interest.
- Built lasting relationships with clients.
- Assist with recruitment, development and execution of sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate from or currently obtaining a post-secondary diploma/degree. At least 2 years of outside sales and business development experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language. Advanced MS Office proficiency; including Word and Excel. Passion for connecting with people and building relationships. Organization and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities. Quick learner with an open mind who can absorb and understand a flexible pricing matrix. Passionate, and positive attitude, and works extremely well with others. Strong sense of urgency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
