**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with purchasing department to understand raw material needs.
- Research, analyze, and summarize high-quality suppliers from various channels, focusing on online platforms and building a supplier database.
- Verify supplier qualifications and ensure raw materials meet company's order requirements.
- Engage in pre-communication with suppliers, such as requesting price quotes and samples, while diligently maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with general office administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the department.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong learning ability and self-drive to adapt to changing supplier dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Excellent computer skills for web-based data sourcing and analyzing effectively.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English for effective communication with suppliers.
