**Job Summary**

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and brand awareness.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and target potential clients and franchisees across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and franchisees to ensure high satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions.
- **Sales Performance Monitoring**:

- Track and analyse sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed goals.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the operations department to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively.
- **Marketing Material Development**:

- Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- **Networking**:

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and establish industry connections.
- **Budget Management**:

- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and campaign effectiveness for senior management review.

**Experience Requirements**:

- **Industry Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and lead generation, specifically within the janitorial or related industry.
- **Sales Expertise**:

- Demonstrated track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Marketing Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, particularly in the service sector.
- **Market Research Skills**:

- Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
- **CRM Proficiency**:

- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyse sales data.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and engage clients.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- **Event Participation**:

- Previous involvement in industry events or networking activities to promote services and generate leads.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
