**PROFILE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Producing pre bills as required for professionals using the accounting system Aderant to ensure regular invoicing.
- Correcting time entries and calculations as required and process final bills.
- Responding to questions from the staff and professionals about billing issues.
- Cleaning up files for professionals including write-offs, clearing of trust balances, moving time entries and disbursements.
- Administering billing, making sure that invoices are entered correctly, meeting month-end deadlines and billing targets.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum three years’ work experience in an accounting environment.
- Experience in a law firm would be an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- Knowledge of CMS/Aderant accounting system would be an asset.
- Ability to provide mandatory support during month end and year-end cycles.
- Ability to change intensity to fit a changing work cycle, high degree of attention to small and personalized details in relation to individual professional requirements.
- Ability to assess workload and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a professional environment.
