Job Description**
HR Leadership**
- Manage the activities of the Human Resources Department by establishing the department’s strategic goals in support of the company’s people plan and company strategy.
- Lead and motivate a team of Human Resource Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Specialist (3), create an environment of respect and psychological safety and foster a culture of equal onus, accountability, innovative thinking and customer orientation.
- Act as an mentor and coach to HR team members, provide expertise and guidance in various areas of Human Resources Management and develop the competencies of the team members.
- Ensure the HR team delivers HR excellence to key stakeholders including Leaders, Employees, and Internal and External Business Partners.
- Analyze and report on relevant HR metrics, KPIs and trends related to human capital (ie. attrition, training completion, DE&I, associate onboarding & exit data, compensation etc.) and use these findings to develop actionable solutions to business challenges. Recommends any necessary adjustments and improvements to department leaders and managers with a view of enhancing business performance.
**Strategy Direction**
- Establish people strategies aimed at the development and retention of key talent, effectively promoting the company’s Employee Value Proposition.
- Act as a member of the Bosch Rexroth Canada Strategy Team and participate in long-term strategic planning discussions, and help shape the company’s strategic direction.
- Partner with Senior Leaders to evaluate current and future talent requirements to meet the demands of the company's growth initiatives.
- Play a major role in the management of varied projects throughout the business, actively participate in project teams, and implement initiatives within specified timelines, while simultaneously ensuring proper communication and collaboration within functional area departments.
- **HR Business Partner Management**
- Influence, consult and coach departmental leaders and managers on a daily basis that supports the Company’s vision/mission and overall business objectives.
- Coach departmental leaders and managers in decision making relating to the Company’s performance management processes, compensation and remuneration programs, and recruitment practices.
- Regularly collaborate and strategize with departmental leaders and managers in managing talent including proactively identifying competency gaps, creating talent development & training plans, sourcing competency development resources, and provide coaching and mentoring support where required to enhance talent bench strength and performance.
- Proactively analyze and provide strategic guidance to departmental leaders and managers relating to associate experience, engagement and wellness. Recommend or design programs and practices targeted to support nurturing the physical and mental health of associates.
- Ensure Company’s policies and practices are optimal for remote workers and leaders are continually supporting remote workers’ strong sense of belonging within the organization, know their purpose, feel deeply cared for, and are high performing.
- Lead the implementation of continuous HR process opportunity improvements (CIP) and digitalization
- Regularly create and distribute HR-related communications to departmental leaders and managers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and/or related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive human resources experience with 3-5 years supervisory experience managing
