Product Manager
- Remittance
Area of Responsibility
- Product enhancement and development of remittance business to ensure
- competitiveness and stable revenue streams
- Understanding and knowledge of NRI segment and remittance business.
- Knowledge of Indian or Canadian compliance environment.
- Prior experience in Remittance or compliance products and business
- Understanding the regulatory requirements and risk profile of the product and
- coordinating with Control Groups viz., ISG, Compliance, legal & Risk. This is to ensure process and controls are adequately developed
- Prioritizing business requirement and accordingly developing & designing products
- Defining customer journeys to cover wide array of possible outcomes with objective of highest customer satisfaction. Reviewing test scenarios, creating user interface and experience
- Identifying systems integrations essential for the product, liaising with developers for conveying requirements for each of the systems
- Coordinating with Tech partners for customization and configuration to suite the bank’s requirement
- Enabling information security audit and seeking clearance from ISG India
- Onboarding vendors, enabling timely payments through appropriate approvals
**Job Requirements/ Specification**:
- At least 2 years experience and knowledge of retail banking products and compliance
- Bachelor's Degree
