- This role is in office for the first 90 days and will then move to Hybrid three days in office two from home,

**What you will do**:
- Revenue Generation_
- Identify all sales opportunities within assigned Small Business Portfolios
- Cross Sells/Up Sells of bank card services
- Process terminal sales and upgrades
- Manage re-pricing of merchants to profitable level where applicable
- Promote and sell additional services offered by Global Payments and Existing Partners
- Customer Retention / Account Maintenance_
- Handle all retention issues using strong negotiation skills to maintain the merchant at the established threshold
- Maintain a high retention ratio
- Add Locations Setups
- Assist with equipment setups
- Lead Integration Projects
- Process account changes
- New Merchant Location Setups
- Integrated POS Setups
- Customer Service_
- Represent as one stop Resolution
- Provide strong follow up for all setups and orders
- Minimize all escalation issues at first point of contact
- Ensure all issues are documented in Tracker with follow-up resolutions
**What we’re looking for**:
- Post Secondary education, preferably with focus on Business, Sales or Marketing
- 1-2 years of sales/retention experience
- **Bilingual in English and French**:
- A natural talent for negotiation
- Strong outbound and inbound phone sales skills
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on sales/superior customer service skills
- Ability to identify all merchant needs and issues using probing skills and utilizing open ended questions
- Great ability at effectively managing time and establishing priorities and strong organizational skills to deliver products and services to clients
- Strong analytical skills required to work independently and escalate to management when necessary
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn and understand all Global Payments services, products and rate structures
