Aria Benefits is a fast-growing organization looking for a driven, competitive Sales Rep who loves to win while providing exceptional value for customers. In this role, you will be accountable prospecting and driving new business for Aria Benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Successfully develop and deploy sales and marketing strategies to create new prospect and close new business
- Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis
- Overcome sales obstacles on a prospect-specific basis
- Provide strategic thinking and innovation based on knowledge of the market, carriers, and products
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

**SKILLS & QUALITIES**:

- 3-5 years of experience in insurance brokerage, carrier, or related business to business sales
- Strong understanding of employee benefits
- Personable and highly motivated
- Superior written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong visibility within the benefits community
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills
- Excellent listening with strong customer focus
- Goal-oriented
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
