- **Where You Come In**

We are looking for a **Digital Marketing Manager **to join our team at Make-A-Wish Canada. Reporting to the Director, Direct Response and Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing and Fundraising Manager will oversee all online marketing and fundraising activities for Make-A-Wish Canada, in collaboration with regional and national leads, to support the development and implementation of online initiatives to achieve the organization’s mission and fundraising goals.

This role can be based out of **Toronto** and is a **full-time, permanent, hybrid position.**
- **What You Will Do**

**I.** **Provide organization-wide support in the development and implementation of digital marketing and fundraising initiatives for lead generation, prospecting and stewardship, including**:
a) Paid Digital Advertising:

- Development and execution of digital advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Display, Remarketing; development of CPC/PPC campaigns
- Development of reporting documentation on online advertising spend and results; recommend campaign/budget changes as required
- Working in collaboration with Digital Marketing Specialist and Web Developer to develop and optimize campaign landing pages and lead forms; developing A/B and multivariate landing page tests on key campaigns and events
- Performing tests to collect and analyze data, identifying trends and insights, in order to achieve maximum ROI in digital paid campaigns
- Collaborating with the Director, CRM to maintain data hygiene of leads database to ensure proper segmentation of lists and audiences
- Ensuring that all digital marketing and fundraising initiatives adhere, and are compliant, to CRA, CASL, Privacy, Accessibility and other relevant guidelines and standards

c) Supporting the Development of New Digital Fundraising Programs
- Working with the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to identify opportunities in developing new digital fundraising programs or products
- Conduct ingresearch on emerging innovative digital fundraising trends
- Leading the development and execution of online promotion and acquisition for new digital programs, working with internal and external stakeholders and partners to ensure a strong online presence at the national and regional levels

d) SEO/SEM
- Managing and optimizing MAWC’s not-for-profit Google Grants budget
- Developing and Executing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) on Google AdWords and Bing ads tactics for key initiatives, events and campaigns
- Managing and optimizing Google My Business accounts for all MAWC locations
- Collaborating with regional and program leads and 3rd party agency in SEO keyword research, discovery, expansion, optimization
