**Title**: Manager, Physician Contracts

**Salary**: $94,263 - $111,321 - $128,020 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Term Until November 2024
**Hours**: 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday)
**Location**: Hybrid/Anywhere in BC

**About the role**
As Manager, Physician Contracts, you will lead and support all physician onboarding, contracts negotiations and implementation of service contracts and their deliverables as well as act as a FNHA resource for education, support and advisory for Nation Led Primary care initiatives on matters related to physician contracts.
The role manages another position responsible for physician credentialing and scheduling.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have
- Master’s Degree in Health Sciences or public administration / business administration related fields plus seven (7) years of resent related experience in healthcare at a high degree of complexity in area related to medical practitioners, leadership, relationship building, quality assurance, strategic initiative development and implementation.
- Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.

Knowledge in
- Leadership experience in program development, analysis and measurement utilizing continuous quality improvement methodology.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and highly developed interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Superior written and presentation skills including ability to prepare and deliver concise analyses, reports, briefing notes, and recommendations to multidisciplinary audiences.
- Ability to function autonomously and within political environments exercising a high level of judgment to facilitate consensus and persuade/negotiate with a variety of local, municipal, provincial and national stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to client focused services and teamwork.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.

As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.
