Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire en **conception pédagogique**.
Lieu: 7150, rue Alexander-Fleming, Saint-Laurent QC H4S2C8

Ce poste offrira un support à notre organisation du service _Expérience client_.** **Cette équipe est chargée de satisfaire nos clients dans tous les aspects du cycle de vie du client après qu’il ait acquis un de nos produits ou services. De la mise en œuvre jusqu’au soutien technique, en passant par la gestion de projet et la réussite des clients, cette équipe joue un rôle essentiel dans le succès de nos clients (et celui d’Intrado)
Chaque stagiaire se concentrera sur l’achèvement d’un projet conçu pour procurer une expérience de projet pertinente majeure, professionnelle et pratique, qui aura un impact immédiat et durable sur un besoin professionnel en temps réel. Les stagiaires auront également les occasions suivantes:
- Avoir un impact : vous compléterez un projet utile qui supporte vos objectifs professionnels ET qui aura un impact durable sur Intrado et sur les communautés que nous desservons.
- Acquérir des compétences et connaissances d’experts de premier plan du secteur par le biais de votre expérience d’apprentissage pratique, travailler en étroite collaboration avec la meilleure équipe de l’industrie et apprendre constamment celle-ci.
- Créer un réseau : de vos collègues stagiaires jusqu’à notre équipe de direction, vous aurez d’innombrables occasions d’établir des liens avec les membres des équipes d’Intrado et d’apprendre de ceux-ci au cours de l’été et au-delà.
- Encadrement : vous serez jumelé(e) avec un mentor qui vous fournira son soutien pendant toute la durée de votre expérience de stage, afin d’assurer votre réussite
**Fonctions essentielles**:
- Travailler en collaboration avec des dirigeants du service de Formation technique pour comprendre les tâches du poste et les responsabilités en matière d’observation.
- Approfondir ses connaissances de l’apprentissage électronique et connaître davantage comment il affecte l’expérience client
- Suivre le modèle ADDIE, travailler sur la conception et le développement d’un programme d’apprentissage électronique pour accueillir les nouveaux clients qui utilisent notre logiciel de rapport.
- En collaboration avec des experts spécialisés, vous créerez des scénarios pour le cours sur l’accueil, et utiliserez des outils de création d’apprentissage électronique (par ex. : Articulate 360, Captivate) pour élaborer du contenu.
- En collaboration avec des groupes échantillon, vous guiderez le contenu et recueillerez des commentaires pour aider à évaluer son efficacité.
- Interviewer des dirigeants du service de formation technique pour comprendre les meilleures pratiques
- Assumer la responsabilité de votre projet du début à la fin, pour aboutir à une présentation à notre équipe de direction sur vos expériences et vos réalisations.
- Rechercher les opportunités d’apprendre des membres de nos équipes de premier ordre.
- Établir des liens et des relations avec vos collègues stagiaires et les membres des équipes d’Intrado pendant toute la durée de votre projet et durant nos occasions de rencontres sociales et de bénévolat.
- Approfondir avec enthousiasme et curiosité vos connaissances sur les activités de notre entreprise.
- Partager vos idées en matière d’innovation et d’amélioration des processus et sur les façons de satisfaire nos clients.
**Compétences**
- Étudiant(e) de 2e ou 3e année du baccalauréat ou à la maîtrise, avec majeure en conception pédagogique, marketing, communication, système d’information de gestion, ou dans un domaine équivalent.
- Compétences solides pour Microsoft Office
- Expérience des outils de création d’apprentissage électronique, tels qu’Articulate 360
