During this project, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver an engaging training program onsite in Montreal, ensuring the training enables participants to transition from merely relaying information to proactively engaging customers using questioning techniques by incorporating role-playing scenarios to enhance practical learning and application.

Instructional design work will be virtual. Proven experience in developing and implementing effective training programs.
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage participants in both virtual and in-person settings.
Experience in developing training focused on customer service and communication.
Ability to scope projects effectively and provide recommendations.
