Instructional Designer/Facilitator

We are partnering with a pharmaceutical client to identify an Instructional Designer/Facilitator who will create and lead a pivotal training session. This session aims to establish effective communication objectives for customer meetings, equipping the team to build strong connections with customers through effective questioning prompts that gather critical insights.
During this project, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver an engaging training program onsite in Montreal, ensuring the training enables participants to transition from merely relaying information to proactively engaging customers using questioning techniques by incorporating role-playing scenarios to enhance practical learning and application.
Start Date: Mid to late June
Duration & Hours: To be determined by the consultant following an interview. *The facilitation dates have not been scheduled, but the client aims for September.
Location: Instructional design work will be virtual. Facilitation will be onsite in Montreal.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective training programs.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage participants in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Experience in developing training focused on customer service and communication.
- Expertise in creating and utilizing role-play scenarios.
- Ability to scope projects effectively and provide recommendations.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
