
Evaluation Lead, Central Zone Primary Care Networks

**Qualifications**:
- Masters’ degree, or near completion, in health-related area or social sciences.
- Completion of relevant training/courses in program evaluation.
- Experience in evaluation and/or applied research.
- Experience and/or knowledge in logic model and evaluation framework development.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Must have strong self-motivation and demonstrated initiative.
- Be able to work both independently, and as part of a team.
- Attending and participating in relevant meetings.
- Communicating with relevant staff and partners as needed.
**Position Requirements**:
- Must be between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment;
- Is a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act*.
- Is legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial / territorial legislation and regulations.
- *International students are not eligible. Recent immigrants are eligible if they are Canadian Citizens or permanent residents.
- Must provide proof of vaccination
- Must provide recent criminal record check
**Location**: Remote and/or the Red Deer Primary Care Network Office
**Position Description**:Full Time - 35 hours per week
