IT Client Onboarding Specialist

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the customer onboarding process and ensuring the customer is fully onboarded in a timely manner. They are the SPOC (single point of contact) for the customer and are responsible for all aspects of the implementation process. These include setting up the account properly to meet requirements, training the customer, ensuring all requirements from other team members are completed on time while exceeding customer needs, documenting the customer SOP's, and ensuring that the customer is fully engaged.
When the Onboarding Specialist is not conducting Onboards they will be responsible for the quoting and ordering. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, servers, UPS, is required. Must also be familiar with Meraki, Datto, Lenovo, and more. Previous purchasing experience is required to perform this position.
**Essential Job Functions/Requirements**:
- Manage onboarding projects to be completed within the required timelines.
- Keep all systems updated with the necessary data.
- Understand the onboarding process and make sure it's followed.
- Have in-depth knowledge of IT Glue and stay up to date with any changes made or features added.
- Provide training to our new customer's needs and workflows
- Follow a process, to ensure the completion of all tasks from every team are completed
- Go to client site and document their business.
- Be the key communicator between the customer and all other departments to guarantee successful onboarding.
- Work with the manager to keep the processes up to date.
- Scheduling technical resources across Canada to perform IT onboarding tasks and deployment of hardware.
**Job Qualifications**
- Client Onboarding Experience: 2+ years’ experience preferred.
- Project management: 2+ years’ experience preferred.
- Customer Support Experience 2+ years’ experience preferred.
- Previous experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP): 3+ years’ experience required
- IT industry experience on Networking, Asset Management, AD, and Microsoft/Intune: 5+ Years experience preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00-$67,000.00 per hour
