- **Duties**_
**Answering in-bound sales calls**
Consulting with prospects/clients
**Creating quotes**
Collaborating with the service team to ensure smooth implementation of all orders
**Collaborating with finance to ensure correct billing**
Ordering product from vendors
**Updating our product catalog / pricelist**
Communicating regularly with clients to get approval and to provide order status updates
**Staying up-to-date on the latest products**

**Must Haves**
- Previous Managed Service Provider experience (MSP)
- Minimum of 3 Years Procuring Hardware experience
- Experience with Connectwise Sell
- Experience with Lenovo, HP, Dell, Datto, etc

This is a hybrid position, this position as well as doing the quoting and ordering will be responsible for our onboarding. Working with our onboarding team to ensure that a successful onboard transition has taken place. The duties include oversight of tasks, working with our project team,updating IT glue, external and internal communication and onsite documentation.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
