**Strategic Initiatives Specialist (Hybrid)**

As the Strategic Initiatives Specialist, you will use your analytical and project management skills to develop and maintain new programs for our Marketing Team. You will oversee vendor and partner relationships and act as the main contact. Your knowledge will help identify new business opportunities, recommend go-to-market strategies, and present proposals to management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with third-party vendors and oversee the product development of new business products and/or services (ex. "Frame Lab", "Canon Online Classes"," Side Hustle 101")
- Analyze market conditions and customer requirements to identify product and service opportunities
- Oversee and evaluate sales performance indicators and the preparation of executive reports for Canon and third-party products and services
- Provide recommendations to management for high-level business strategy development and planning
- Source vendors and negotiate affiliate agreements to promote and sell on Canon digital properties
- Maintain the P&L for new programs, including processing invoices
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new programs
- Evaluate market competitiveness and develop pricing strategies

**To Succeed, You Will Need**:

- Post-Secondary Education in Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience
- Project and process management skills
- Knowledge of Google Drive, Trello, and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
- Experience using Oracle and SharePoint
- French is considered an asset
