Associate Manager, Strategic Initiatives

**Résumé des fonctions... **:The Associate Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Go-to-Market will support the Financial Services & Payments (FS&P) team in developing and driving the Financial Services and Payments strategy. They will support key strategic initiatives and day-to-day new product delivery and commercialization. They also will conduct current and target state assessments based on the competitive landscape and internal capabilities, sharing insights and recommendations to the leadership team.

Strategy Definition: Gather industry insights and cross-functional inputs to support the development of the long-range Financial Services strategy. Conduct analyses (e.g., customer research, customer segmentation, market sizing, competitor analysis, avenues for growth, etc.) to inform a multi-year roadmap. Scope and prioritize initiatives to meet strategic goals. Facilitate strategic planning sessions & workshops with the leadership team.
New Product Design & Commercialization: Support the team in defining product constructs and delivery options (e.g., build vs. partner). Subsequently, as required, support partner selection via RFPs and vendor evaluations. Develop business cases and support contracting with business & cross functional teams.
Product Management & Delivery: Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product, Tech, Ecomm, Site Merchandising, Legal, Compliance, etc.) and vendors to support product delivery and BAU operations. Represent the FS business in key project management forums.
Facilitate workshops, draft key documents (e.g., business requirements, standard operating procedures, customer experience flows, etc.), inform product roadmaps, support marketing and associate training plans, etc.
Communication & Socialization: Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate the Financial Services strategy and performance against plan to senior leadership and business partners.
Business Performance Management: Maintain key reporting dashboards & templates for relevant products / projects. Support ad-hoc requests relating to product performance and annual risk assessments.
