Strategic Sales Associate

*This role is based in our Mississagua, ON office and is Hybrid*
The Strategic Sales Associate is responsible for monitoring multiple sources of marketplace data to identify unauthorized sellers and advertised pricing that is in non-acquiescence to our unilateral pricing policy. She will enforce this policy by communicating with the party directly and working closely with our legal team. This role will also assist in maintaining a best in class channel market strategy. To be successful, the Strategic Sales Associate will need to rapidly establish effective relationships with internal cross functional team members and develop a highly transparent communication and story telling style.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Daily external and internal communication related to enforcement of the Unilateral Price Policy
- Weekly data manipulation to sustain daily executive reporting on pricing and promotional disruptions on an executive dashboard
- Identify root causes of pricing strategy disruptions and prepare post-mortem executive summary
- Assist with internal pricing communication using a process that ensures accuracy and consistency
- Updates to the Canadian retail landscape tool to ensure accuracy at all times
- Gather market intel on a weekly basis, layering into presentations and maintaining competitive landscape tool
- Maintain master event calendar with for both internal and external use
- Host and project manage weekly strategic alignment meetings between Sales, Strategy, Operations & Marketing
- Work closely with the US marketplace team to enable best in class reporting for Canada
- Communication with US product teams for the latest information on product details

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of relevant work experience within a strategic sales environment/and or retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met
- Must have demonstrated strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
