Richmond Hill, Canada Sun Life -Financial Planner Full time

Main responsibilities
- General clerical and administrative duties: constant communication with Head office, clients and business partners.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients and respond to requests for information
- Maintain our Salesforce system with accurate and up to date information
- Prepare reports for different campaigns and compliance requirements
- Coordinate mail correspondence with clients and financial institutions
- Order and handle office supplies
- Set-up and or coordinate events/meetings when required
- Ensure documentation is completed maintaining the compliance standards
- Minimum of 2-years experience in an administrative or similar position
- Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office and PDF software
- Ability to learn new programs quickly and efficiently
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills. spanish lenguage is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and ability to focus on building relationships with clients.
- Salesforce knowledge (an asset)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond Hill, ON L4E2T2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
