**Project Coordinator - 12 Month Full-Time Term Position**

**IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR ME?**

To be perfect for this position, you will need to:

- Coordinate work sent via the Support Portal;
- Develop, communicate, and lead support tickets, ensuring they are always moving forward to reach delivery deadlines;
- Document and prioritize workflow across the support team
- Collaborate with teams and inspire clients, creatives, and developers with your creative passion, insight, and imagination;
- Have exceptional communication skills - both internally and client-facing;
- Motivate and encourage the digital team to deliver ‘right-first-time' online solutions for our clients;
- Take project governance seriously and always look to find better ways of working;
- Attend regular support team scrums and production meetings;
- Contribute to weekly resourcing meetings;
- Work in a growing digital agency environment while at the same time working with clients throughout North America and Europe at the forefront of digital marketing strategy:

- Fluent in English

**WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED?**
- 2-4 years of experience in digital project coordination;
- Flexible and adaptable, with experience working in a fast paced environment;
- Familiarity with using a CMS solution like WordPress or Drupal;
- Produced appropriate documentation to communicate with clients
- Familiarity with project budgets, timesheets and invoicing
- Have an excellent understanding of web projects and implementation methodologies;
- Be able to demonstrate an informed opinion about the digital marketplace;
- Proactive self-starter;
- Detail-oriented;
- Ability to work individually and with a team (onsite and remotely);
- Expert at own time management and setting own and others' work goals;
- Experience or familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Service Management,
- G-Suite, Harvest Time Tracking, Marker.io, and Figma;
