We are looking for a **Content Curator & Marketing Coordinator **to help us create some disruption and get the Atlantic provinces talking about construction

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and curate engaging media content for marketing purposes.
- Design engaging/compelling marketing collateral to ‘disrupt’ the industry.
- Assist with writing, curating, editing, and sharing marketing and communication messages through social media platforms, websites, blogs, and newsletters.
- Brainstorm campaign ideas and assist with the strategic planning for both the overarching Marketing and Social Media Plans.
- Assist with website maintenance and updates, including SEO.
- Conduct research and stay up to date with social media and marketing trends and news, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
- Assist with monitoring, developing, and managing social media accounts and enhancing presence.
- Analyze analytics to gauge the success of social and digital campaigns and produce quarterly KPI reports.
- Other marketing functions as may be required to support the strategic direction of the Marketing team.

**Additional qualities that will help you excel in this position**:

- A keen eye for photography and videography, as well as graphic design skills will be considered an asset.
- Excellent copy writing and verbal communications skills.
- Familiarity with all relevant social media platforms.
- Excellent social listening skills.
- Basic knowledge/experience with digital media.
- Experience with website editing using Word Press and Elementor.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
