Job Description

At Advance Travel, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per year.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with experience in developing marketing strategies and implementing communication programs. As a Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns to promote our products and services, as well as maintaining our online presence through social media and content creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales;
  • Design and create visual content, including graphics, videos, and images, to support marketing campaigns;
  • Write and edit engaging copy for marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and email newsletters;
  • Maintain and update our website and social media channels to ensure consistency and accuracy;
  • Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies accordingly;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and communications;
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field;
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing campaigns;
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences;
  • Excellent design and visual content creation skills, with proficiency in graphic design software;
  • Experience with social media management and content creation;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
