**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), including:

- Creation, implementation, enforcement, and maintenance of SOPs, policies, documentation, and processes
- Monitor the CAPA program
- Reporting, investigating, and resolution of complaints, NCRs, and deviations
- Trending CAPAs, complaints, NCRs, and deviations
- Inspection and release of all incoming materials
- Inspection and release of finished product, including review of Batch Production Records
- Training and retraining of personnel on all required processes, procedures, policies and documentation

Lead QA team; drive performance through effective collaboration, coaching, goal setting and performance management

Perform Vendor Qualification review and audits

Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance within the QMS, and to assess the relevancy of current processes/procedures, etc;
Point of contact with auditor(s) in support of external audit(s)

Oversee laboratory testing, reporting activities and sample and document retain program

Creation, implementation, and maintenance of internal validation system of instruments, machines, processes, etc.

Monitor and maintain inventory for all QA personnel

Work closely, communicate, and provide guidance to the Production team

Other duties and responsibilities as required

- Good computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel), Outlook, databases

**Education and Experience**:

- Post secondary education required
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Quality Assurance Manager and leading a Quality Assurance department
- Experience in manufacturing environment and quality control

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
