We are currently looking to hire a:
**Finance Assistant**
**1 - Part-Time, 1- Year Contract (28 hours per week)**

**Reporting To**:Finance Manager

**Purpose**:
The Finance Administrator has the primary responsibility of providing support to the finance department, specifically in Telus’ EMR platform PS Suite.

**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Follow-up on collection of amount owing from clients.
- Correcting client bills in PS Suite.
- Provide support with generating statements.
- Validating client statements before mailing.
- Mailing statements to clients.
- Reconciling of payments with PS Suite and the bank.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Educational and/or Professional Qualifications**:

- Business Administration diploma or equivalent

**Level of Experience**:

- Office or administrative experience considered an asset.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Must be detail oriented and have an ability to identify anomalies.
- Good verbal communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Sensitivity towards and awareness of cultural, racial, economic, and socially diverse communities.

**Significant Working Conditions**:

- Flexibility of hours - mornings, afternoons, or evenings.

**Remuneration: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour**
